We stand by the importance of offering a work-life balance that supports our employees both in and out of the office. We strive to prioritize our people and culture through our charity and social activities, DE&I initiatives, inclusive office design, and employee satisfaction surveys.
As of June 2023, we have been awarded the Great Place to Work Certification™.
More than 78% of LGRA employees completed the program’s Trust Index Survey, which covers a variety of workplace quality experiences. A few highlights from our survey include:
believe our facilities contribute to a good environment
believe they are treated fairly regardless of their gender
said LGRA is a physically safe
place to work
At LGRA, we are dedicated to creating a culture that is respectful, inclusive, equitable and appreciates the value of each employee. The Great Place to Work Certification™ highlights our continued commitment to enhancing the employee experience.”
VP, Head of HR
Our employee-led committee is dedicated to creating opportunities for colleagues to connect and have fun together inside and outside of work. Past events have included happy hours, bowling, trampolining, movie nights, game nights, and much more.
At LGRA, we take pride in our commitment to give back to the communities we work and live in. We host an annual charity drive, offer generous company matching for donations, review donation requests to charities our employees are most passionate about, offer two paid volunteer days for our employees each year, and other quarterly charity activities.
In 2022, we raised over $24,000 in donations through our annual charitable giving initiatives.
As part of our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, we have established our IDEAL Council, an employee-driven group that meets on a regular basis to brainstorm and discuss new ideas for promoting an inclusive working environment for all.
What’s important to me is having fun when I come to work and just enjoying my day-to-day. I really like that in my role, I get to work with people and specifically I feel like I come into work and I’m working with my friends all day.
