Great Place to Work Certification

We're certified! As of May 2022, we have been awarded the Great Place to Work Certification™.

More than 87% of LGRA employees completed the program’s Trust Index Survey, which covers a variety of workplace quality experiences. A few highlights from our survey include:

  • 93% believe Management promotes inclusive behavior
  • 95% feel Good about how LGRA contributes to the community
  • 97% said LGRA is a physically safe place to work

Social initiatives

Our employee-led committee is dedicated to creating opportunities for colleagues to connect and have fun together inside and outside of work. Past events have included happy hours, bowling, trampolining, movie nights, game nights, and much more.

Charity initiatives

At LGRA, we take pride in our commitment to give back to the communities we work and live in. We host an annual charity drive, offer generous company matching for donations, review donation requests to charities our employees are most passionate about, offer two paid volunteer days for our employees each year, and other quarterly charity activities.

DE&I initiatives

As part of our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, we have established our IDEAL Council, an employee-driven group that meets on a regular basis to brainstorm and discuss new ideas for promoting an inclusive working environment for all.
