Londone Moulds

Londone Moulds is VP, Head of Client Service and Operations for Legal & General Retirement America. In this role, she is responsible for leading all operational aspects of the pension risk transfer business and delivery of client service to effectively grow and scale the organization to ensure financial strength and operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Legal & General Retirement America, she worked at MetLife for 17 years in various roles. Most recently as AVP, Implementation, U.S Pensions where she was responsible for implementation and administration of pension risk transfer for defined benefit (DB) pension plan participants. This included implementation, data management, customer relations, benefit calculations, operations, and customer service management. She also previously held leadership roles in MetLife’s structured settlements business and worked as an award-winning financial services representative. 

Londone holds a MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology’s Scheller College of Business, specializing in Global Business. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.
